NEWS! Co-Founder, Judge Thomas E. Brennan is leading an effort to organize a virtual Article V Convention on the Internet.

Every American citizen is welcome to register as a Delegate and participate in the great work of drafting, debating, and deciding upon necessary amendments to the U. S. Constitution.

NOTE: FOAVC.ORG remains non-partisan, and neither supports or opposes any specific Article V Amendments. However, for those that would like to explore the drafting and debating upon specific amendments, Convention USA invites you to visit the ConventionUSA.org web-site.

I visited the site. Here is advise that I think will help make it a success:

1) Post a physical address.

(Is it? : FOAVC - Friends of the Article V Convention; PO Box 1242; Auburn, WA 98071-1242)

2) Post how the group is registered as a legal entity and in what State.

3) Post email address(s) on the site for inquiries.

4) Post the names, phone numbers and addresses of the living American citizens who are legally responsible for this group.

(After all, since the group requires all this info about those who sign up, should they not have the same information about the organizers?)

As the site stands, it meets the criteria of a site to avoid as a possible credit card scam. If anyone doubts this, visit this FBI site:

The https://www.convusa.com/ site is mentioned in foav5, and people are encouraged to participate.

I think it's an vital project, and it could very well end up being the ONLY important spearhead towards real fundamental change.

If Judge Thomas E. Brennan is a scam personality, I would think foav5 would have posted and sent mail to all foav5 members to warn them.

On the web site www.ConventionUSA.org there is a link to frequently asked questions FAQ. There you will find all the information you suggest. I certainly don't want to be on the FBI's 'scam site" list!
